BackLinksMacro does not work with Trac 1.2

Description

The current trunk version of the BackLinksMacro uses an obsolete version of the Trac database API and the resulting plugin will generate an error in the output instead of the list of backlinks if used with Trac 1.2 (or presumably Trac 1.x)
