Download changes not propogated to Timeline

Description

Now I can create files, no problems downloading them, don't see any errors in trac.log, but I don't see any Download changes events in Timeline view, although I have checked "Download changes" checkbox in Timeline view.

Action
as closed The owner will remain Radek Bartoň.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
