Make changing links to renamed page optional

Description

Make changing links to renamed page optional, either by configuration or another button. While this doesn't make sense on first look, it will greatly help working around many bugs you have here, most notably #3374, #1179 and #2407, and might be simpler to do.

The plugin is deprecated since there is now support in the Trac core.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Noah Kantrowitz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
