page2pdf plugin and trac-0.9.6 does not seem to work

Description
after
- python setup.py bdist_egg
- cp dist/TracPageToPDF-0.2-py2.4.egg /path-to-trac-env/plugins/
the plugins does not seem to work. no error messages in apache error.log

This is because the PageToPdfPlugin requires Trac 0.10.
This should be stated explicitly at the project wiki page.
