Ignore macro list or special Trac Wiki tags to ignore

It would be helpful to be able to specify a list of Trac macros or be able to group a block of Wiki content that should not be included in the PDF and/or HTML output. For example, the [[WikiCalendar(*,*,true,%Y-%m-%d)]] macro relies of CSS to render. Until I can figure out how to make it look better I'd like to be able to remove it from the HTML and PDF output.

(In [10686]) Version 1.9.2. Added omit_macro option to specify a list of macro names to omit in PDF generation. Closes #7374
