I updated this plugin to work with 0.11 and have added a tarball with the updated plugin.

I forgot to mention that you'll need to use the patch for TicketDeletePlugin that I attached to #1749 (ticket:1749:ticketdeleteplugin_0.11_working.patch)

Unfortunately, I have no time and working environment to support this plugin anymore.
datallah, I appreciate your contribution. I just added your code to the repository. I don't have resources to test it. Hope it works. Thanks again.
I would be happy to give the commit rights to a person who could continue the work I started. Does anybody know if trac-hacks.org allows that ?
